Hmm, given the types of head / face morphs that available in the marketplace, you'd think it would be possible to do a Bolian head morph...

Yeah, I found a nice Cardassian morph for V4, and a Bajoran morph for V4 (as seen on Captain Sulis), but no Bolian morphs. I can see how displacement would be a better option in this case, but couldn't even find that.

Hmm, didn't know there was a good Bolian head texture out there. Bump maps or displacement?

To my great frustration, neither; it's baked-in shadows. I tried making my own displacement map based on the diffuse, but unfortunately it didn't come out well.
