Edit: I have changed the name of this form of Drageon. "Neardra" is the name of a legendary dragon pokemon I have come up with for a region I am creating. It is a blue and silver winged dragon, which is where this form of Drageon gets its appearance and ability as well. The Blue Dragon Scales that make Eevee evolve into this form are scales from Neardra. And fun fact about Neadra's name: "Near-" comes from "neart", which is Irish for "strength", and "-dra" comes from "dragon".

Here is my second design for a Dragon type eeveelution drawn by the wonderful artist . I fully intend for it to exist alongside my first one, Serpentine Form .

In case you might be wondering, the lines on its body that look like arrows and have silver edges are the edges of larger scales that are like plates.

The reason I chose blue for the color is because it complements the Serpentine Form's red color. That and one other thing: I've noticed a pattern that reoccurs in Pokemon games from time to time. The first generation of games versions were Red and Blue versions (in the US, at least). Gen 3: Ruby and Sapphire (red and blue) with legendaries with red and blue as their colors respectively. Gen 6: The logos of X and Y are red and blue with their legendaries having blue and red in their designs respectively. And now (as of typing this) we have Gen 8 games on the way that seem to involve red and blue in their logos and legendary designs once again.

After coming up with this design idea, I came up with another idea that the scales that cause Eevee to evolve into Drageon come from a pair of legendary dragon pokemon which causes Drageon to look like their respective legendary dragon and have a lesser veriosn of their ability.

Name: Drageon (Winged Form)

Species: Mammalian Dragon

Ability: Elemental Power- The user gains a second type when they use an attack matching the type of the move used.

Evolution Method: Level up eevee while holding a Blue Dragon Stone or Blue Dragon Scale. The Dragon Stone is a Dragon Scale that has fossilized.

Base Stats:

HP: 60

A: 130

D: 110

SA: 65

SD: 95

S: 65

Dex Entries:

1. In battle, Winged Drageon prefers to fight on the ground, taking flight only if it absolutely must.

2. Drageon likes to fly but is not as graceful as its Aereon cousin.

3. Drageon’s inner power converts to the element (type) of the move they are using to increase its power.

4. Drageon’s body is covered in small but very tough scales except for its soft underbelly.

5. Parts of Drageon’s body are covered in larger, thicker scales like plates that are much harder than its normal scales.

6. Like its serpentine cousin, its pupils become narrow when it is angered or feels threatened.

7. For an unknown reason, this form of Drageon and its red cousin sometimes start fighting out of nowhere.
8. The scales that cause Eevee to evolve into Drageon come from a blue legendary dragon pokemon which is also where Drageon gets its features from.
