Would you mind if I used the pattern you have for this armor in a larping event called Dagohir?

Sorry for the much delayed reply, I just spendt two months without internet connexion.
The orkish leather armor pattern is free to use by anyone, as stated in the deviation description.
I just like to have a little note with pictures when your new armor is complete.

My worst enemy is the cost of leather while on a tight budget.

That design allows the use of scraps. You can order bulk scraps at most online retailers.

Is there anyway you can make another one of these in black leather?

Depending on wether you want exactly the same model, or if you want a more complex and/or tooled version, between 180 and 250 euros (without shipping).

It's a large character portrait pack I'm working on and need certain armor pieces to use on the people I'm working on. I'll be sure to try and keep track for each time I use the armor and link it back. But thanks!

Thanks, it was completely done with scraps of leather at a moment I couldn't get more.
Scarcity made me improvise and I used a flea market coat to do the belly piece.
The battle worn patina was obtained by hammering the leather with a wood mallet before bleaching it with acetone, a technique discovered by mistake, after knocking over a bottle over and trying to clean my mess. It was also distressed a great deal by using a machete to simulate slashes (quite the funniest part to do).
That armor is also mostly assembled with leather straps because I had neighbors whom could not stand the noise I made while hammering rivets.
