Description
After the sun advances past the horizon, the warm colors of red, orange, and yellow recede with it, leaving the cool tones of blue and violet to dominate the night sky. One of the things that amazes me with photography, as I contrast what my eye sees and what my camera is able to capture, is the wide range of interpretive possibility... Within this possibility my creativity is free to interpret. Here, I have chosen to make twilight bright; to remind myself that warmth and solace are conscious decisions eternally actuable. This is how I choose to live, fully aware that every breath and every moment is a creative act, rather than a passive experience. This is how I choose to photograph, for meaning rather than documentation. I wasn't here. I created this.
