I promised Eri-Chan that I would draw Genesis again to thank her for doing two pics for her half of our trade, and here is Genesis again! This pic was inspired by a trance remake by Groove Coverage of a Mike Oldfield song, "Moonlight Shadow." I was listening to the lyrics, and I thought that some parts seemed to relate to Genesis, since she's a Sailor Starlight and all, so I used the song as inspiration! This pic also marks my second attempt at making a computer background with my tablet which is finally getting a workout...! O.O I had a lot of fun making the background and the pic, though my eyes feel a bit funny now from staring at a screen all day... @__o;;; If anyone wants to read the rest of the lyrics, I've got 'em here.... such a catchy song...! ^.^ I hope you like this pic Eri-Chan, and thankyou for the pics that you drew me!

Is there a version of the song by groove coverage where there isn't such a noticable problem with pronunciation? I love how that version sounds, but the way a lot of the words are pronounced irritates me if I'm not in a jovial mood.

I only know of a piano version Groove Coverage did, and there's another trance cover of the song by an artist called Sandra which you might find a little clearer.

That would be absolutely awesome. There is another version that I have grown to like by Dana Winner, though I've always liked the voice in the one done by Groove Coverage better. Have you heard Dana Winners version? Everything is a lot clearer in it. I also think it has a rather nice beat to it.

the music video is even more strange (I haven't heard the ballad version... mustg serch for and find that) if you check out the groove coverage sight it has all there videos pretty cool but strange for sure.

Awesome. A picture based on "Moonlight Shadow", which is simply an incredible song. I've long been in love with the lyrics... they're so dramatic and inspirational. Who couldn't like it? Well, the people who believe all music should be about happiness and flours, perhaps... but nonetheless, good song association or not, this is an excellent piece of work. Black wings are incredible things, indeed.

i really like how you draw wings. The way you do feathers is nice. They are more jaggedthan mine, but look more realistic, and somehow more dangerous too. Very very nice. The use of colour is brilliant.

Truely awsome job. The background is amazing and a great contrast to the character. The character herself is very well done as well. I mostly like the wings, except that the shading is so uniformly limited to the same space on the edge of each feather that it looks flat. Anyway, uber-cool!

Beautifully done wings, he white in them makes the contrast good, really stands out ...as well as the glare on the back of the boots...good good stuff..^__^
the trees rustling in the wind and the extra leaves in the distance really add to the mood of a windy night and the moon..*drool*..
