I like to think her crotchrope started as a piece of wet rawhide leather, which as it dries, shrinks.  Over time, she feels it getting tighter and riding into her. 
 
She'll squirm, of course.  Then she might cock her hips one way or the other to try to get the rope to shift so that it's not always pressing against the same place.  
 
Then as it gets worse, she'll step around or back and forth in a sort of little dance.  Finally, when she can't take it anymore, she will close her eyes and shake her head as if saying No! No! No!" and she will stamp one of her feet on the floor, sobbing underneath her gag. 
 
About that time, a guy comes in with a fresh set of batteries for her.

I like how her arms are tied; they are rendered useless, and even though her legs are free, she can't move in the room because she's anchored to the ceiling.

Speaking of them, those are indeed some fine looking legs (and equally fancy dress), and I can see why they were left alone. Just gotta be careful not to stand too close if kicking is a thing she does (being a fighter) -- but maybe the distractions are enough to make her legs too weak for that! Fun use of the thigh strap too; they often make neat item holders.

Only thing I'll mention is that her reaction to the distractions could be more pronounced on her chest? No smaller mounts, if you see what I mean.

Seeing this picture is making me want to start making art again
But seriously, this pic is very pleasing to the eyes, the minimal binding/free leg movement is somehow sexier at the moment than super strict bondage, the sense of depth and those outlines.  I think that shade of red always looks great for a otm/otn as well.
Lovely work on the background, too.
