Wow, thats simply awesome. Definitely somethin steampunky, the combination of clothes melts well together even though you dont expect that to be worn in the 19th(and/or early 20th) century, evolvved fashion. The colors are nice and the shading is smotth, I also like alot of the details, cant list them all now though.

Oh I'm sorry, I forgot deviantArt is a formal gathering where everyone has to be polite. And I forgot being annoying is the exact same thing as being rude.
The reply function was made in order to make commentary easy to read through and sensible. I've had plenty of awkward moments where I completely misunderstood someone's comment as rude because they were actually replying to someone else instead of commenting on the art.
Using the proper reply button is courteous to the person you're replying to, the rest of the readers and the author because you avoid unnecessary confusion.

from afar I thought he looked like Germany (Ludwig) but I looked closer and I saw the black strands in his hair

Dear Zetallis,
I know I already commented that I love this picture (it really is amazing), but I have a request. I was wondering if I could possibly borrow your design for a cosplay. I just got back from Anime North, an anime con in Toronto, and I discovered steampunks. I'm becoming more and more interested in them and really wanna cosplay as one and get into the whole culture. I've even come up with a steampunk alter-ego for myself lol. My friends also liked your design and asked if I'd cosplay it if they helped me make it. I just didn't want to do it without asking you first, as it is your design. Thank you very much for posting this picture, it truly is awesome. Keep up the good work. And lemme know if it's alright to use it.
