Well I cant critique cause I am not premium, but in my opinion her left hand(holding the sword seems too "loose" and the haft of the handle below her hand looks too large unless that is the sheath. I would also lengthen the blade to longer than the actual photo so it carries off the page (ninjas used rather long straight swords they had no curves they are around 3.5" long - I have a few ). Also, maybe some hair blowing in the wind from behind her head would add more movement like her skirt ties. As well as maybe cherry blossoms (often seen as an important sign in the Japanese culture).

Other wise - colors, concept, aspect, size ratio, shading and everything are looking awesome!
