I know nothing about Miles Edgeworth other than he totally gets in my hair all the damn time whenever I'm trying to solve cases in Ace Attorney 1. He made me so mad XDBut his hair looked fun to draw

Simply gorgeous! Since the very first Ace Attorney that I played was the Mile Edgeworth one, I didn't hate him too much in the first game xD
(He's one of my favourites, actually).
Hum... I'd like to ask something about drawing cartoon-style. I've been trying to draw some anime characters into tonny ones, because seeing such beautiful drawings from you for so long has truly inspired me!! . Would you have any tips or advices?Β
Sorry for the trouble! But since you're one of the few artist that actually reply to my comments... I decided to ask for some advice.

Thanks for the kind words! Β In reply to how to turn anime-style characters into more toony western style... er, well, there are a hundred different ways you can do it, really, and it varies from style to style and artist to artist. Β For myself personally, I don't use the classic anime-eye style (big, glassy, huge irises, etc.), I do more of a blend of western cartoon (WB, Don Bluth, etc.) and western comic style. Β I tend to put more angles in my work, and I use a lot of really exaggerated lines. Β It's... honestly hard to describe because how I draw is so inherently a part of me now that it's just second nature, it's just how I work. Β I don't know if I can properly explain that.
My suggestion would be to study western cartoons such as WB stuff or Disney fare and see how they do their styles, and then start taking elements of that and adapting to anime characters.

he's a big jerk i know. but his character was very interesting in aa1 especially in turnabout goodbyes.
