Maybe they were out of woolly yoshi amiibos? Because they are kind of sold out in germany only a few days after game release.
Times are over when consoles and handhelds were region free. Was great to play japanese DS games back then.

I love this little guy so much and I'm so hype for Woolly World Β Oh my god I really hope that Poochy's idle animation has him play with the balls of wool like he did with the eggs in the old Yoshi's Island!

I got to play a demo but I didn't sit still long enough to see him idle, he kept faithfully following me into pits as I died. Β But he would faithfully NEVER DIE and just hop right back out and wait for me to ressurect XD

He doesn't seem to play with the wool balls, he just sort of guards them XD Β And when you throw one, he watches it and then takes off after it, like a real dog with a ball! XD Β You're right about him never dying, too 8U Β I brought him into a lava level and he swims around in the lava and then jumps out and shakes it off like water! Β And one-hit-KO's everything, even the giant lava monster! Β Poochy is the best XD

It's part brush, part texture! I got to try a demo of Woolly World at the Nintendo Store and of course I had to have Poochy with me and OH MY GOD I kept dying because I was paying attention to him and not what I was doing XD
