Been a LONG time since I've drawn Shiyu. I needed to draw her new outfit for the Saiyuki Reload Gunlock and catch up with everyone else.
Man, talk about a huge improvement of coloring and style from over 4 years ago. Check out my first drawing of her here: Shiyu's first outfit. Anyways, I wanted to keep her original colors, but spice up the outfit a bit and make it sexier since everyone else is looking hot for the series.
*cough*Kougaiji-sama*cough*
I need to draw her more... as well as my millions of other OCs. @_@ eh heh...

...i dunno if you have the color trend in other OCs aside from this one and Aquarius, and I got NOTHING against it, I swear (lol) just curious, but i noticed blue is common...but again, like i said, i just noticed that in two characters, thought i'd just.....pbbbbt, you know shoot that out there.

haha no you're right, blue is in 90% of my OCs. Mostly their hair then their clothing. ^^ Blue is my ultimate fav color so I use it a lot in my characters. ^^ Plus water's my fav element so blue ties in a lot with it too.
