I think this is a really cute icon! If I weren't already making one of my own, I'd definitely consider using this. I really like your on the sky, and it makes you nearly make a wish on that shooting star!
Just a couple of things though. One of which, maybe the moon could have a little animation... this is probably just me wanting more to look at, but if the stars are animated, the moon should be. Also, something about the hills is a little off for me, I don't know if it's the color or what...
But still, fantastic icon!

I thought about animating the moon, but could think of a good way that wouldn't make it too busy. I thought about making little Zzz's next to him and animating that, but I dunno :\
I think You're right about the hills, that's something that would be easy to fix with shading. Maybe my lightest color green is too limy
