Thanks for the kind words. I am feeling really good now. I just need to be careful not to exhaust myself. BTW, I took a look at several photos in your gallery. Of the color shots, your new ID and Series n-b : Stephanie are very nice. Your B&W photos are even better. Of course, I'm a bit biased toward B&W photography. Nonetheless, your pictures show real talent, and you should explore some more work in that area.

I did indeed take a photo of that painting...I actually contemplated not posting the image I took because it's such poor quality (although I'm glad I did now). I wish I had better equipment to take pictures of my work! The original is much richer in colour, of course.
Hope you have been making a swift recovery from your surgery...it sounds horrific!

Good luck on your recovery. I was recently diagnosed as having two mild leaky valves. I have no symptoms other than the occasional heart palpitation. I don't think I'll have to worry about surgery for at least 20 years, and hopefully by then they'll have the minimally invasive robotic valve replacement therapy down... (Some places do it currently for mitral valve replacement today, they don't have to open up the breast plate, so recovery is easier.)
