Originally, he created and developed in secrecy a fanatical political group known as the "Vaticans", who gained militar power and started the "Great Andromeda War" that devasted the Fobos Planet; the Vaticans were close to rule the planet, but the "M3 project", a militar force created by the Fobos enemy nations of the Vaticans, stopped them. Fifteen years later, Setis, under the appereance of a wealthy business man known as Scott Kenseth III, has created the "Darkdemons" his evil personal militar army, so He has decided to use them and the former and hostile members of the M3 project to conquer the Andromeda Solar System, in order to fullfil his evil purposes.
