Oriads are a new race that appeared on 11th Seeds 8294.
Waking Spirits Audition
A special audition from 24 May - 9 Jun will allow members to gain a First Oriad, i.e. a special oriad character with important unlockable memories. See Guidelines below for more on oriad memories and class skills.
Applications
- Each active member may submit up to two audition applications. No character tokens are required.
- The city section can be filled with a preference list in descending order (i.e. first is most preferred), or simply 'any' if you have no location preferences. Extra options for location allow us to consider an oriad for multiple regions, which gives them a better chance of being accepted. Please note however that we will consider all options listed, so exclude any locations you don't actually want.
- The crest area may be left blank or filled with an arbitrary crest if you give a preference list. In this case it's expected that you will change it as necessary.
- Apply via submission to the Citizens > Oriads folder. No submissions via sta.sh as we would like all entries to be displayable together.
- We will accept at most one oriad per city-region, but not necessarily an oriad for every city-region.
- We will aim for an even spread of type (i.e. earth, water sky) and world location.
- Selection is based on visual concept, description and general fit of the character to the relevant unlockable lore.
- Each applicant will receive at most one oriad; if you submit two then only one may be selected.
Disclaimer:
Please do not apply for a First Oriad character unless you:
a) Intend to use and engage with them, and
b) Are comfortable with the level of mod control.
Normal oriads without special requirements will be available for 3 character tokens after the audition.
