This is so neat! It's a really interesting take on where some people would be. I looked at it at first for some of them and was like, "wait, what?" and then I read the quote and considered and realized, oh yeah, that definitely makes sense.

I'd put the replicators in True Neutral to be honest, except maybe the humanoid replicators, they'd be lawful neutral or lawful evil I think

Very cool. I made a Stargate Alignment Chart as well, and posted it to my account. You put Jack and Teal'c in different places than I did, though we both have Vala as Chaotic Neutral (which is of course a no-brainer).

Jack tends to alternate between going "rules? what rules?" and doing things by the book.

He pretty much only followed the rules if it suited him. I put him in Chaotic Good.
