For some reason, I just couldn't leave him in black and white. xD I personally thought it was epic fail, but as long as you like it. X3

Lawl, I just followed the pic she did of him.
Not really. His overall appearance just screamed Tim Curry's voice at me. XD
Yay for the eyedropper tool. >w<

aaaahh i see. color selection, well now you know how to do a "jaundiced old man" next time you color one! yellow-gray and pink shadows.

Well, the only old fart I plan on drawing is Mike, from ZxT, and he's African American, so... 8D That doesn't apply to him.

true. just a more desaturated brown i guess. hard for a black guy to look 'gaunt.'
complexion pending, anyway.
i know the only picture i have of him is with his MAD SCIENTIST GOGGLES on but when i color Grimm i shade around his eyes pretty heavy.

XD Mike will be a challenge. I never could draw Russel from Gorillaz like I could draw the others, and he's young.

I look like I could hurt someone, as well, but still people make passes at me or try to start things.
Older men = more mature. The guy I'm in love with is about 21, and he's on par with me in maturity. Plus we share so many damn interests. XD
I try, too, but most of my exposure to them has been in nursing homes, and that's no real exposure, from what I can see. The people in there tend to become rather hushed and unresponsive because they have no real lives when they're babysat by cranky nurses and not allowed to leave. I try to talk to people over 40 as adults, but still try to be amiable. It can be hard, though.

TTTTSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSssssssssssshhhhh hhhhh.... super tssh... 21 is not old. 21 is just an empowered teenager. i will quote myself, from five minutes ago, to someone else who said she was "waaahh old, not a teen NEmore!" that she better tell me she's thirty three or STFU. XD but i basically said that even though i get all high and mighty about not being a teen anymore, i really just barely am not and should make less of a distinction between myself and someone who is 18 and just hasn't ruined themselves with vice and privilege yet. before thirty we're all basically the same as we were around 18-20. just get better at appearing more productive.
two of the most evil men i've ever met were 23.
and that's what i am.
be afraid.
but i hope this guy is just a naturally chill mature person. there are plenty. i wish i knew more. but that's probably what makes him seem older, not the *counts* three years he has on you. fifth grade girls think eighth grade boys are "grown men." and sixty year old women still call me "sweetie" and "hon." and it makes me feel safe and secure ...age is so fucking weird and relative...
