Settling things like adults...I got the idea for this back in January for TheEMTC 's Resolution contest. Needless to say, I didn't get it done in time.
Once I got started I realized it was going to take a while. My guess is over 100 hours total again as it's my second longest at 622 frames.Paper covers Rock crushes Scissor cuts paper.
And no, I'm not doing Rock/Paper/Scissor/Lizard/Spock

I greatly appreciate your comment! These are my favorite emoticons to make. Animations are a challenge and extremely time consuming, but so rewarding. A story is what makes it art in my mind. Most of my DD's are from my efforts to do that.
