This image shows the village Altepetl Axculho developed for my bachelor thesis in ‘Design’. The web site Axculho.com is the result of three steps: Worldbuilding, Concept Art and Illustrations. I created a new world, designed a small town and then made illustrations for the main characteristics of one nation.Here is the link where you can see the illustration in context:

Looks really alive and active. Nice add with the wild and domestic life. Kinda feel sorry for the people that live right next to the big structure, they would rarely get sunlight. Heheheh. Great job

Yeah agreed its just great! It looks like the village could come to life at any moment. The sheep, people an birds.... Everything looks really dynamic and has a happy, busy feel to it.

I blocked in the city with cubes and then painted over it. Just for this image. The other images where all created without any 3d part.
