Thats pretty neat, I love the head especially.
Im not a fan of the colouring, but Im not a fan of digital colouring in general, but I like the touches of reddy brown, makes it have a bit more depth.
I really like the clothing.
A little critique, for a soldier he has a very relaxed and oblivious posture, and his should angle looks akward because he's twisted so much. A soldier should be aware and alert and have a straighter posture, especuially a soldier with no background or setting, to indicate that he might be at ease
Just somthing to keep in mind in the future ^_^
Anyway, great job and nice style.

the coloring technique is a bit different from your usual, looks very soft and a tad commercial, you need to take these tutorials, own them and add your own style into them !!

If he's sad then good... I was told he needed to be lonely and forelorn. Interesting about the coloring... thanks for pointing that out... I'll hafta think about it next time I color something
