Description Peggy's Cove, Nova Scotia

This is my paradise. I have never really known where I belonged; been to the mountains, the grasslands, the prairies and the desert.

The feel, the scent, the misty foggy views...pure magic.

The ocean is my home.

I was just there in late July so I was there in the thick of it. I'd like to go back in the winter some time

It would be dangerous on those rocks in the winter but it sure would be pretty to see! I would like to get to the other Swiss Air Memorial that is on the other side of the water as well.

I didn't know there was another one. The one near peggys cove is wonderfully done

Yes there are two memorials, the one I saw and photographed and there is another one that actually lists the names of the dead

That would be very interesting to see. It's good they have these memorials for the people who lost loved ones

I should have gone there when my father came back again a few weeks ago but it never even entered my brain. He was to busy searching for a new house here to do much adventuring. I need to go and find that place before the winter comes I think.

This is a gorgeous photo. I grew up on Long Island; your picture really resonates with childhood memories of swimming, sand between my toes and such. I love the serenity captured in this photo. Nice work, Tari

thats awesome you won, congrats! Its a nice piece of work but the one thing that gives it a the little extra is it resembles a painting.... it an image but as you scan up it starts to take on that painting qualities. For me anyways...
