i actually didn't get very much feedback from that class... everyone just said good things... and never any suggestions to better my photography. we had many of the same assignments i have seen in your gallery. form, line, portraits, composition, duplication ([link] ), invertion ([link] ), sandwiching ([link] ).... and i took a few college classes for it too... if you have any questions about darkroom stuff (or anything photography related, of course) just ask xP

Film is lot more time consuming & for me very limiting but it's something I truly enjoyed. The darkroom was so relaxing & let me just forget about the world which was nice cause I tend to get stressed out rather easily. I also love the feel of the Darkroom, the "magic" of it as Jerry Uelsman put it. Having to wait to see what you have under the liquids under the safe light. I also think film helps alot with thinking before you actually take the picture. cause you have to plan it all out before hand or you're le screwed & in digital you don't really have too...but I think it helps a whole hell of alot.
I love digital because it lets you see what you need to do right after you take the picture so you can adjust accordingly. It's alot faster paced which is nice cause I like getting things done quickly so they are out of the way. I also like that you can work more in color with digital which is what I'm doing now. It's easier to shared your work too with the internet & all.
I'm not sure which one I like more because all though they both take time but in completely different ways they are both part of the photographic medium I love so much which automatically means I have a fondness for both.
