First of all, all of this is my opinion and I critique this according to my point of view, for an another individual this painting might be perfect or might be very bad.
The Composition is quite nice I think, the figure is placed nicely on the paper. The rhythm in the colours is very nice, probably my favorite part of the painting. The fact that the face is coloured with the same colours make it even better.
Yet there is a thing I don't like at all: cliche. I have seen these kind of compositions hundreds of times( even tho this one stands out because it is done so professionally).
You didn't overwork it, no necessary colours and values on the face. But I think hair could be more grey. In the thumbnail all I see was blackness of the hair. Other than that, the technique is pretty much perfect.
About impact, I try to think this painting as a comic book panel: what it would be telling us, would it be impactful. Not very much I think, probably because there is nothing special, or nothing to explore about her face and expression.

Your work is instantly recognisable, which is quite a feat for an artist saying that you know their work and that it stands out from the crowd. This is a lovely piece of work.

I'm a big fan of using negative space. I like how you have done the stripped shirt without an outline.
The way you blended the colours is quite nice. Your application of paint is very restrained and controlled well. The hair looks excellent. You didn't overwork anything.
