I only just realised it's Petra's hand and I feel so sad. D: And yes, I do believe it's Petra's hand because Eren's wounds heal when he bits his own. Petra was the first to bite her hand when the Squad made their promise and her hand was also shown when Levi took her badge in that one horrid episode. I don't know if the artist intended it to be Petra's hand, but it usually is when there's a bitemark shown. (:
