A pretty staple move for a Psychic Type, and Blan loves to use her psychic to move things around! (makes her feel more magical). This was the first move she learned, and while she’s no seasoned master, she’ll always play with it now and again. She can use this move to move things around or exert force or pressure onto people, or objects. If she were to explain what it's like, she'd probably describe it as being able to have magical hands that she can use to touch or lift things around her. Blan can use it to fling or hurt people/objects as an attack, however, she currently cannot 'lift' anyone of the average person's weight (she'd be lucky to keep them a few centimeters off of the ground for a few seconds). Because she can exert 'force', however, she CAN use this move to give people a hefty magical whack, but on the lifting side of things, she's best sticking to smaller objects. Excessive use of this move can cause migraines or for her to 'lose touch' with some of her inner psychic energy. This can cause not only Psychic to perform poorly, but her other psychic moves as well.

Two turns after this move is used, a hunk of psychic energy attacks the target.
The ability to see into the future? Who wouldn't want that?, the moment Blan learned this move, she became obsessed. Using this move, she is able to 'predict' what will happen in the future if she acts in a certain manner, or performs a certain action. Because of this, the futures she predicts are never set in stone, and she can simply act in a different way to alter the future she sees. Because she can only see very specific scenarios, she can only know what will happen if she follows her prediction. She can try 'seeing' a bunch of different scenarios if she would like to know her options, however there is a lot of trail and error involved in the process. Blan can't simply choose to see the 'good' scenario or the 'bad' scenario, she can see what will happen if she goes to the coffee shop three hours in the future, but whether the outcome is good or bad? She'll just have to 'see' it to find out. If shes only using this move to see small jumps ahead in time, (a few minutes, for example), she can use this move quite a few times, but it becomes more strenuous the further ahead she tries to see. Side effects include headaches and seeing a 'delay' in time (her vision will jitter between the present and a few seconds in the future, making it so she sometimes hears a repetition of peoples words, or she'll repeat her own words. These symptoms grow worse the more she abuses the move.
In battle, Future Sight works like a delayed Psychic. She'll cast an action onto the foe, but it won't affect them until a few seconds later. It's strength as a battle orientated move is still very minimal.

A wondrous wall of light is put up to reduce damage from physical attacks for five turns.
Learned this one to practice being a mime? Is this how Mr.Mimes do it? That’s the only reason she has this move一 pretending to be a mime. Blan summons a protective ‘screen’ in front of her body which will reduce the impact of physical moves. At the moment, the move works similar to a pseudo protect, halving an oncoming attackers physical power by half, but shattering after that single attack. Simply having her reflect shattered will put strain on her body. She can hold the screen up for awhile if it isn’t damaged and she won’t suffer any negative effects if this is the case, but unfortunately, having it serve its purpose nets almost little gain due to the drawbacks. Using this move in succession is painful, and will only further inflict strain onto her body.

The user attacks with a sinister beam of light. This may also confuse the target.
A move Blan decided to learn to account for her weakness to Dark Type Pokemon and her inability to actually be able to hit them (due to the fact that all of her other moves are Psychic Type). Blan uses this move by opening her ears, and firing a rainbow-coloured beam from the space between her ear organs. At this level, the beam has very short range (about 7 meters), and is unable to cause confusion. Due to the bug typing of the move not agreeing with Blan's own psychic typing, this move is also quite prone to making her ear organs sore and inflamed if she uses it too much. Power-wise, the move is...decent, but definitely nothing remarkable, and generally not worth the usage over her other attacks if she can help it.

Blanchefleur is a Meowstic who comes off as confident, and passionate about who she is and what she does. She’s a little weird! But would never consider ‘weirdness’ to be something that one would need to be embarrassed about. She’s all about embracing herself, and embracing those around her. Her personality loud, but not obnoxious一 she likes to make herself known, but won’t shove herself down your throat.
Outwardly, Blan is a big ray of sunshine. She’s optimistic about everything, and it almost seems as if she’s never had a bad day in her life. She can come off as overbearing to the outsider, and ignorant to what it’s like to be in a bad place. On a more personal level, however, she’s understanding, and will never force her jolly nature onto others if they aren’t comfortable with it. Blan is excitable, but she’s still a person you could see having a serious conversation with, if need be. It is to be noted however, that she can be quite nosey too. She loves to learn about people's passions and tries her best to take note of everything she’s been told. Sometimes she has trouble managing it, but Blan really wants to get her hands on everything there is to know. This makes her a wonderful person to spitball with, as she’ll always give her full attention, however it’s sometimes hard for her to not want to pry when it comes to more private people.
While she comes off as a successful person who always has something going on in her life, she isn’t quite as successful as she makes herself out to be. Blan tends to shy away from talking about her shortcomings, and it can make it difficult for her to admit or own up to the fact that even she doesn’t have everything together. She can be easily aggravated and put off by acts of injustice- too. It isn’t rare for Blan to get mad about people or at people who inconvenience her friends, and it can bother her to no end. The meowstic has a difficult time sitting down and simply talking about her problems, and she needs to go off on long rants and tangents to get it all out of her system. Shes quite a grudge-worthy person too, and often combats her negative feelings towards people with passive aggressiveness, rather than talking it out. Her anger is often impulsive, and not thought out very well. Blan has a lot of trouble keeping to her rational side when she’s mad.
HISTORY
Hometown: Veilstone City - Sinnoh
Blan never knew her mother, her only parental figure in her life, from the moment she was born, was her Pachirisu father who she lived with in Veilstone City for the majority of her life. Thankfully, the young espurr was too small and naive to notice anything a kitten of her age would not, and so her early years of life seemed just as prosperous as any kids’. She was set to have a good life ahead of her.
Blan was always a bit of an odd kitten─ taking interest in weird topics, but she was extroverted nonetheless. She would often delve into the things she enjoyed with the utmost enthusiasm and would share her knowledge with those around her when she could. Some kids considered her to be a little snobbish, but Blan was a ray of sunshine that never really let anything get her down.
She started to take a strong interests in performing─ first starting with dance clubs in school before taking on other things such as improvisation classes and joining acting groups. She loved being out there up on stage! Such activities were perfect for her extroverted demeanor. Blan was a very social person but was never really close with anyone. It was hard to imagine she’d be so outgoing without supportive friends that cared for her, but were they to know? Still, the kitten never let it get her down. Then, one day, when the time was right, she finally evolved into a Meowstic! Her new form was stunning and extravagant to her, and Blan felt like an entirely new person who could achieve even greater things. Nothing could beat her down at this point!
By the time she was fourteen, Blan had found her true calling. She wanted to be someone who could truly bring joy to others! Although comedy inspired her, it wasn’t quite up her alley. Her real calling came from a traveling circus that visited her town one day. She was amazed by all of the stunts and acts they did! A perfect combination of action and performing, she just loved it! Blan wanted to be just like them, and thus her life-goal was set. She had to be a circus performer!
That wasn’t the only thing Blan had discovered at this point her life, however. Just two years later, she received some shocking news news from her father. Blan actually had a half sister she had never met before, and not only that, but they were coming to live with her! Being an only child up until now, such a change would hit hard for any kid of her age, but being the supportive person she was, Blan wanted nothing more but to give her new sister all the encouragement she possibly could. Her new sister, Giovanni (A.K.A, Dark Journey) , was not the kind of person she expected. Although she came off as withdrawn, Blan took the time to settle down a little to get to know her new sister a bit better. She had never done anything like this before─ Blan realized she had never been this ‘personal’ with a person before, and it shone a whole new light onto her ‘career’, and who she was. She did her best to give Journey space, and listen to her poetry when she could! They were both a little weird, but it was the weirdness that made Blan really feel at home with her sister.
Through the years, Blan honed her skills until one day, she finally got the offer to join a small, starting up traveling circus! She was thrilled, and although this meant finally leaving her father and sister behind, it was time for her to finally go out into the world. She wasn’t quite sure about how she felt about her dad at this time, she neither hated nor admired him, but she promised Journey that she would visit whenever she could.
Blan’s time with her new circus proved to be everything she wanted! She was a lead performer, often taking on some of the more dangerous stunts and finishing acts. She was a true star among the group, and not only did they admire her, but she finally had a crew she could call her own. They were people she could really talk to and bond with, and she felt so lucky to be able to be so intimate with such a cool group of people.
One of her crew in particular, a Ribombee named Felix around her age, was someone Blan really liked to spend her time with. Unlike boys Blan had experienced in the past, he was gentle, and very respectful of her personal space. The two of them existed as sort of friends, sort of lovers, but they never really sat down to establish anything official. They enjoyed spending time with each other, and that was all that really mattered.
Then one day, there came some bad news. Felix had been diagnosed with terminal cancer, and only had so much longer to live. Blan was devastated, and although she wanted to keep up her strong, joyful facade, she had never been faced with anything of this caliber before. Not only was her best friend ill, but newer restrictions on the use of moves were putting her circus in a bad position. She became frustrated, and difficult to work with. Although Blan did her best to try and stay positive, she was quite obviously not holding herself together well, but she'd often get snappy when anyone tried to get her to settle down. She had her career to keep together, did they not understand that there was no time for her to take a break? She couldn't loose the circus and Felix, but deep down she knew she couldn't keep going like this.
Eventually, the time for Felix to pass finally came. Things didn't get better from that point onward. Just a few months later, the circus went out of business. New move tightening laws had been interfering with some of the performer's acts, and with their spirits broken in the way that they were, it simply became too much pressure on everyone involved. Blan couldn't help but to blame herself for the failure of her circus. Her crew did their best to convince her it wasn't her fault─ the law and Felix's death were completely out of her control, but it was no use─ she was set on taking responsibility for what had happened.
When Blan stumbled upon the Argo Navis in Lumiose city, she was reminded of Felix and some of the performances he did. He was a strong advocate of moves himself, and she felt herself being drawn to the ideologies of the group in honor of her fallen comrade. It was a strange path for her to go down, and it wasn't something she was used to, but Blan wanted to make it count. Her sister Journey, had also considered joining, so why not catch up with her little sis and do something meaningful along the way?

They are good for some things like一 STABBING THIS OPPRESSIVE OVERLORDS WHO GOVERN OUR RIGHTS AS MOVE-USERS! I mean like- not ACTUALLY stabbing them, but their policies- yes, their POLICIES. I'm she who wields the knife! I will bear this burden for the will of Cafe Regor! So, where do I sign?"
NOTES
- Wants to learn how to do as many circus acts and tricks as she can. She’s very into learning how to do new extreme stunts, as well as more mundane magic tricks. It’s very common for her to flick between things she wants to learn, every week is something new.
- Loves piercings! She has her ears pierced, snake bites, angel bites, eyebrow piercings, a nose ring, and a belly button ring! She doesn’t wear them all at once though, she likes to mix it up now and then.
- Her psychic organs only work when she has her piercings in them (they go through the middle of the organs), got them pierced to stop people suspecting that she was cheating with some of her acts
- Works as a street performer, and part time clown. Sometimes has other odd jobs, but never seems to keep them too long.
- Has a preference for vintage aesthetic, although she has a wide range of different outfits. Being the actor that she is, she can completely change her demeanor with ease.
- Really dislikes being touched without permission (or being touched in general). She tries to play it cool, but her personal space is important to her, and she easily gets claustrophobic.
