A move she somehow learned by accident and was never quite able to forget...she’s quite open about knowing the move, but only speaks ill of it. She considers it to be a burden.

► PERSONALITYVesper is a confident woman, and a bit full of herself and her ideals. As Prime Minister, she won the vote of Kalos with her strong- yet reasonable approach to issues that plagued the country. She is very headstrong and its quite hard to sway her when it comes to something she believes in, but she is within reason. Vesper loves a good debate. Overall, her methods and oppinions are a little...questionable, but deep down, she cares about her reigon and it's people. Sometimes people need a bit of tough love.

Her stance on the move ordeal is as strong as ever. Forgetting almost all of her moves and keeping only what she may absolutely need一 Vesper believes that the bright future of Kalos is one without moves. This is one of the many gripes people may have with her leadership. A large ammount of citizens generally aren't in her favor.
