OMG, reminds me of haku, but for that reason, looks even better!!!! I mean to say, better than haku, lol... I love the oriental style of dragon, so this one takes the cake, love the background too!

When I clicked on this I thought it was Haku from Spirited Away! (been said, yes I know) It's so beautifully done, I love the flow of the fur, and I like the "hands" as well... the claws make me happy... o.o

Very nice. I like the dragon's pose and the moonlight effect is wicked! The dragon is absolutely gorgeous. Kind reminds me of Haku from Spirited Away.
