I was going to do Erszebet but no nudez was one of the rules and alas, she has boobies :<
So Timur the bat-bird thing it is!
Messed with yet another coloring/shading style. I like the result, but it is soooo time consuming u_u I think I'm getting better with Photoshop though?

Uuuaaaa the shading on this looks really nice and smooth! It's a cool kind of style!! And it goes really nice with your lines in this one. I do hope you're gonna use this one more often, even if it is time-consuming.

Believe it or not, there actually weren't any "lines" (other than a very rough base sketch which is now gone)! I just made a solid black silhouette and slowly built up highlights. The effect does kinda look like lines though xD;
I'll probably continue messing with this style, but the problem is I'd NEVER be able to complete a full picture (character+full bg), simply because I'd lose interest >_>
Hopefully I can find a way to streamline the process though...

He's a couple hundred years old (and got his name from an emperor who built towers from skulls!), so I'm glad you got that vibe from his design
