Pink Floyd's "Time". It has nothing to do with the picture, but it's been stuck in my head for SO long.

Pencil sketch of Crowned, colored in Photoshop. Foggy scene practice. The texture is from some paper I scanned.
Twenty minutes or so. I'm happy with it, with the amount of time it took considered.

Very great,I love dark pictures like this,with just one light source,they give a nice,tranquil and cold feeling.Awesome smudging effects on the fur,and how Crowned's body is breaking the light,I must say youre pretty a master in this yes,you even made his back part like its fading in the darkness,overall he harmonizes with the background,he is not just standing "there",he is looking at something, in an enviroment.
(and too,Crowned looks pretty adorable here xD)

Aw, you're flattering me. Haha. I wouldn't say I'm a master at this--I'm not dismissing your compliment, certainly--but I do have lots and lots to learn...but in this instance, yes, I am satisfied with the result, and I'm glad you like it too. On the subject of the atmosphere, that is what I was kind of going for, that cold and somewhat desolate feel.I'm sure to make more pictures like this.

Yeah, I was thinking with that wide-eyed look, he does look more like a cute little kitty. And thank you for taking the time to tell me what you think about this picture, it's way better than just "cool".
