Mega Charizard X is my favorite mega pokemon so far. Now, before Gen 6, Charizard wasn't anything special. Basic flying lizard, but then Mega Charizard X came along, it lost that annoying Flying typing and became an actual dragon. In other words, the weakness to Rock has been reduced and the weaknesses to Flying, Water, and Fairy are gone. Not to mention the nice ability and physical attack.
