A while ago Reinhold-Hoffmann asked me if I wanted to be a part of a collaborative project to draw every Kanto pokémon; the Game-Art-HQ's Pokemon Art Collaboration. It was such an honour to be asked to be a part of something like this! Of course I had to claim one of the Raichu spots immediately! |DSo this is Raichu using the move Brick Break. I thought I would be able to do an epic and dynamic action pose with that move... Ahem. I sketched out a couple of poses from different angles. Sides, front, above, below, 3/4, etc.. In the end this was the pose I liked best out of the bunch I came up with >w>;
Lemme tell you guys, this brush is great for feathers, but fur...? Eh. Happy learning process time?
I was going for the fancy semi-rough painting style that I've used for my latest bird studies, so at least I've got that going for me...?Was hoping to do some great lighting on this one. Maybe I'll return and work on it some more later, but I'm happy enough with this to turn it in

You already know, I love Raichu! I could evolve my Pikachu in my current LP of Pokémon Red recently! I'm happy!

Yep, it does! I recently tried out a physical based Raichu with Volt Tackle, Brick Break, Return and Iron Tail just for fun. It worked out surprisingly well xD I still prefer a special based Raichu tho... Raichu's HP is so low that it can hardly deliver ONE Volt Tackle without losing over half of its HP to recoil, that's really dumb... If Raichu ever does get a Mega, I hope it'll have an insane boost to its HP stat so Volt Tackle can actually become useful, lol.

Well, I don't play Pokémon CP at all... Between having a full time job, a husband that seems to work over hours every day, two cats and recording videos for my youtube channel, I just don't find the time to set up a team.

It was pretty badass. Raichu's Attack is as high as its Special Attack, so there's definitely a neat reason to try out some physical moves
Yeah, setting up a team can take an unbearable number of hours if you aren't using an Action Replay or something similar xP Definitely a time consuming hobby.

I don't use cheats or cheat moduls... I could make it like my friend and do all the breeding while watching LPs, but the most time consuming part for me is setting up the Pokémon... it is sooo much work, then you go in board and ask for help and they totally model your Pokémon to their wishes. Ugh!

I just can't cheat myself. I don't think it is right, so I never do it. I still have my cat team, that I trained legitimate. Maybe I should get into some battles with them?

It is just a simple team of all the generic cat pokémon of every generation so far. A pretty cool Meowstic in it, male and with hidden ability. I messed up two of them, maybe I breed them new. The problem is, that there aren't many types in it... three normal, two psychic and one dark.

Hmmm, yeah a lot of normal types there... I suppose if you're going for "feline" and not so much "house cat" then you could have Luxray and Pyroar as well since those are lions? Or maybe Litten once Sun and Moon come out?

Yupp, but I wanted one from each generation, that is the most problem. For some strange reason, there are not many cat like Pokémon... But the Fire Kitty will definitely get in the team once Sun and Moon gets out.
I still haven't decided if I will play Sun or Moon... We always buy the two of them and one goes to my husband.

It was a cross-over episode with another show called 'Uncle Grandpa' or some shit xD Thank goodness it wasn't canon, huh. What an acid trip
