Description We never see much of "airplane teeth" in the Planes/WoC movies. Here is some speculation on what it could look like when the lips are pulled back or they open REAL wide. Because of their long muzzles, it may be that their dental arrangement is not unlike a horses's, except that what would be a distinct set of incisors in the horse's mouth would be "superincisors" in the mouths of most planes and other long-muzzled vehicles. This may have been an adaptation to facilitate speech and to provide a clean, uniform surface with no cracks or crevices that could trap food particles, since they had little means of cleaning their own teeth. Once in a while, however, atavistic examples of vehicles with distinct incisor sets or crevices or gaps in front teeth show up (eg., Mater, Maru). Ground vehicles and helicopters lack bars and their teeth finish growing once the adult set comes in. Planes, however, must have their teeth floated on a regular basis (again, like horses) since the grazing and browsing days of their species are long behind.Ā

I like the thought that went into this. All of your creations and crossovers, actually!

How would one go about floating a plane's teeth? I mean, I can't imagine a plane would be very cooperative with that kind of thing lol.

I don't actually get my horses' teeth floated, I just keep them on a natural diet (grass and hay, no 'hard feed'). That way, their teeth wear down by themselves, and they don't need floating.

It would be a regular dental thing for them, I imagine

Since the workload that is expected of modern planes is more than the energy they can get from a natural diet, they often have to consume things that aren't conducive to natural wear.Ā

I think you should do one on Bulldog because how I see him he is a part of the Bulldogs (dog species) because my character Lady Dog is a Female Bulldog.
How I draw Bulldog is sharp long teeth.

Dude. I love this so much!! Also, you forgot to mention a certain AMC Gremlin X when you mention vehicles with crevices or gaps in their front teeth. xDĀ

would be cool if this was the official design, i do want to see more teeth on disney's planes, not just the super incisor lol

This mecha-biology would be a fascinating thing to keep working out at this superlative level. Ā I'm thinking they started out as true machines, and then someone came up with self-repair and replicating nanites... With their own evolving genetic code.

Very plausible head-canon theory for the shape of teeth in living vehicles. Love it, faved it.

Cool Did not expect that! Very plausible, too.
