After the finale (chapter 136) of the manga, Akito reclaims her femininity, grows out her hair, and marries Shigure. The manga implies her desire to start a family and to coexist peacefully with her family, to "achieve that distant dream" of atoning to them for her crimes and to "offer a hand to them, just as one was offered to me [by Tohru]."
I am sure that up there on her list is Yuki. Here she is with my FANCHARACTER (NOT canon, we only are TOLD that she and Shig are married and will start a family, we don't SEE it), her daughter by Shigure, smiling sheepishly up at Yuki.

In an upcoming chapter of my fanfiction, Akito will ask Yuki to paint the black room (which we see in the recently American-released Volume 116 with Akito on the cover) in bright primary colors, in order to symbolize that she will never go back to hurting him, or anyone else, again. It becomes the baby's nursery. :3

Natsuki Takaya owns Akito, and YES AKITO IS A WOMAN FOR THE LOVE OF CHRIST, PLEASE STOP ASKING, READ THE MANGAAAA lol. Go yell at Takaya-sensei if you preferred Aki as a dude, not MEEEE lol.
