Description
Per a request from astroboy10, Tifa, Ashe and Aqua (of FF7, FF12 and Kingdom Hearts respectively), all pregnant with triplets. (Although I've read that Aqua is around 175 cm tall, I made her a bit shorter like the other ladies, also per the request.)Related content

Ironically, my attempted Aqua was the only one of the three closely based on a particular reference picture; I thought she might not be recognizable if I tried to improvise too much, but perhaps I should have.

How interesting, each woman has a different design for their one piece costume. Aqua, Tifa, and Ashe have different skin tones, and expressions. Ashe is very stern for a mother to be, and she is not like this. The princess has her moments of niceness.

I suppose I could have made Ashe look less stern, but my main goal was just to make her look somewhat recognizable and distinct from the other ladies since I hadn't drawn any of them before. (Plus, too, the ladies are far along with triplets and I would assume that also puts a damper on their mood to some degree.)

pregnant women of gaming!. tifa and ahse are so known to me since i did get a chance to play the perspective ff games. aqua is a bit unknown to me. though the kingdom hearts is really one of the popular games to this moment, i still have yet to play it. they all look very good, i like them displaying their bare legs and feet, that is sexy! great job on the casual poses too!

Thank you. Since I'm not a gamer myself, it was a challenge to try to capture something of these famous characters. (Maybe Aqua isn't quite so famous, but wikipedia's article about her did help me out; and I love how her name is expressed in katakana: アクア (A-ku-a).) It's interesting that you mention ground shadows because I wasn't sure what kind of background or setting might be appropriate for three ladies from three different worlds, so that was my thinking with a minimal background. (Also, by now, you probably won't be surprised that I was influenced by your pictures to draw the ladies with bare feet; I was going to draw shoes at first, but somehow I think they look more natural in swimsuits without shoes.)

Personally, I'd like the pick more if they were smiling, but that's just personal taste. Nicely done. Very clean lines, and nice poses too ^_^

Thank you; perhaps I did make the ladies look too serious, but I didn't want to get carried away with the expressions of characters I've never drawn before (and very well-known characters at that).

The bellies are based on photos of ladies who were in their late 8th and early 9th months of pregnancy with triplets; in real life, it's unusual for triplet pregnancies to go all 40 weeks, but I would guess these ladies are at least 36 weeks along (the beginning of the 9th month).

Probably not, although I may post more birth drawings eventually. Although birth is a natural process and I like to think my birth pictures celebrate the creation of life in a positive way, they're not everyone's cup of tea and I want to be careful about posting such pictures, hopefully keeping them in good taste.

I do believe this drawing is full of win. I love how big they are and yet they're not too big, they're all like at the point of "just about to be too big, but still nice". I like the outfits they're wearing, is it of your own personal design?

Thank you; I did try to show some restraint in the hugeness of these women, basing their size on reference photos of real women pregnant with triplets. The swimsuits are also based on reference pictures; the request called for one-piece swimsuits but I varied the styles to emphasize that the ladies are unique individuals.

Lol no its ok. It's just that pregnancy art isnt my thing. I'm sure to someone who is into this sorta stuff thinks it's wonderful, but to me it just looks like their stomaches are filled with some sort of thick glop instead of holding developing babies.
tl;dr:
The accuracy of their bodies isnt in question, I just think this kind of art is weird.
