Pokey Pierce appears at Diamond Tiara's cute-ceaΓ±era (S1E12 Call of the Cutie) popping balloons.
The ring's size is such because it's more recognizable than a hoof-ring. Shining Armor uses one of this kind to put on Cadance's horn, and I suppose they're ubiquitous yet symbolic for non-unicorns.

The challenge with such a picture, on top of the presentation, would be imagining a way in which Pokey could propose to Pinkie Pie that would live up to people's expectations. I'm not sure I could fulfill them.
