Description full view otherwise I don't think you'll be able to see anything really... bottom left corner just says "I'm not impressed" (sorry was watching spirited away at the same time!)

I'm actually very please with the bottom right corner drawing, which I did last night at 4AM after two days of intense fanfic reading (hadn't done that in a long while) which left me feeling somewhat frustrated... But anyway this is representation of him I've done so far which is closest to the way I picture him in my head (though not quite there, it will never be! I know, not ugly enough... teach me how to draw ugly people... :/ )

top right is just a sketch for an ex libris I want to do... so it's a bit random too. Just tried to draw a kid Snape with a random owl.

I know my drawings always look like they're lost in thoughts, and it's not always appropriate for Snape, but I rarely get the urge to draw angry... So, yeah.

who knows, I'm pretty much monomaniac but maybe one day I'll manage to actually draw other characters in the same picture would make for more interesting storytelling for sure.

i love the ex libris sketch and i love the little sen in the bottom left corner. i love artist sketches. there is something really beautiful about the mark making that happens when artist sketch.

I agree, especially when you do art yourself artist's sketches are very interesting. There is also often more energy in them than in a more finished piece, which is nice - more spontaneity (I suppose when you manage to keep that in your finished pieces, it's a good sign I'm not there yet).

Woohoo! I love it - a little treasure-trove of Snape moments! I love the top one (greasy hair + side-on nose = Lucy fainting! ) and the ex-libris card particularly! It's lovely to see Snapes from you! We want more!

haha, thanks Lucy I keep in mind that you like profiles then (and an extra dose of greasiness)! I wish I had more time for fanart, but I am so so bad at time management (my biggest problem at the moment)... and I'm too much of a perfectionist. If I drew faster it would be easier to post actual stuff.

I used to be a perfectionist too, but these days I get so eager for feedback that I post my chapters pretty much as soon as I've written them (even when they're nonsensical and badly-spelled! ) Your stuff is well worth the wait, though, so go ahead and be a perfectionist!

I'm not sure you have to draw him particularly " ugly"...He looks marvelous to me that way. I especially love the drunken argument one.
