Okay, so i decided on tinkering with the Enterprises Bridge for the Minerva. I figure they would be similar but the Minerva being a smaller ship would have a 'scaled down' bridge.For instance I'm going to have the Science Officer double as the communications officer.
I do need to work out two more characters for the bridge a Helmsman and a Weapons officer.
Also since the year is 167 and there are no carriers for the Minerva to serve with, I'm going to treat them as a casual carrier and let them carry a pair of fighters. I'm toying with the idea of assigning the fighters a pair of twins for pilots. Either human ones, or perhaps a 'minor' race that breeds twins that have limited telepathic abilities with one another.
This will be the last Trekie render i do for a bit as i catch up on other things.

At first I thought this was some kind of intra-Trek crossover, with the female leads from all five (is it six now?) series serving on one ship due to Time Travel shenanigans. I don't know why that thought intrigues me so much - I'm not even really a big Trek guy.

Thank you. No this is a bit of fiction i've made drawing on an assortment of fan source material for a basis.
A boardgame called Star Fleet Battles, gave me a time line to use (TOS has hopeless star dates). Β The game had classes of ships, and gave them names, and one of them was the USS Minerva.
I made up a crew for it that i liked, and have their missions made up from when they're refitted from a normal Destroyer for escort Duty.

I've actually been revisiting the concept and was doing some role playing with the crew just last night.
If i wasn't in such a time crunch at the moment i'd definitely have a render or three to add to this gallery.

So many projects.
So little time.
Star Trek is just one of those iconic things that is instantly relateable to most people. Star Wars is another one i'm sort of iching to do but I think i have enough on my plate.
I have a little outline for the Minerva's first two~three episodes. I'm trying to work out how i want to tell the story. Alot of thought was given to working out the details on the crew. Did a lot of research on Star Trek TOS and on the game Star Fleet Battles.

Yeah, I have the SWORD series, with two sub-series... The 'Jake Bondage: Galactic Bounty Hunter' series... and the 'Bondage Acres' series running... I have a few one-offs and shorts that I'm working on... and I'd LOVE to do a Star Trek Bondage series... but just need to bring some things to a close.
The Bondage Games will likely take alot of my time for a month, or so, too
