Description
About Water :They usually travel together in small groups, to play music for anyone who is willing to listen to their somewhat melancholic, yet soothing music. The Echo (bard) is usually accompanied by two fellow instrumentalists, who guide and protect her.
Little is known of these mysterious musicians. Some say they are fallen angels from the heavens who lived in clouds; others claim that they were the souls of children who never made it home, while bards sing of dancing shadows near rivers at twilight, and forests merely echo with laughter ...

The colours go well and harmonious, they locked into the viewers' eyes quite easily.
Not too sure as t how you draw inspiration to create these musicains, the style is very original.

no, seriously. i looked at all the other elemental pics as well and i think this one is by far the best. this might also be related to the fact that it's wonderfully colored and very imaginatively outlined. hooray, for your drawing style.

Heh, I like this one a lot too. Compared to the other elementals, it was much easier to do, technically, and I didn't really have to worry about the anatomy / reaching a certain level of realism.
Just curious, do you think I should leave it like this or work on a bit more?

oooh, that's a tough question... i personally really do like the two creatures as they are now, but i can imagine them sitting ashore some small brook in a forest or something, but then again it might be a little complicated adding such a background now. ^^
