this is great fun to look at and create your own storyline for! I think she is an impatient person, and needs human contact. Silence is too much to take, and sitting still is even worse. She gets extremly figity and even drinking becomes an act that needs more attention then she's giveing it. haha I picture her slamming the table repeatedly with the pam of her hand while takeing a long drink. maybe she's playing a game withherself? seeing if she can get threw a whole container in one go.
All of your paintings and drawing are beautiful! and so very skilled.

I gave up painting long long ago, but I just might get back at it.
You're a superb painter, probably the best I've seen here on dev.
Keep up the amazing work, I'll be on a watchout for you.

That is pretty damn sweet. I bet that took a little while to sketch out each position and acturately reflect the lighting to properly show each panel in relation to each other. Great work.

I've been meaning to comment on this for a while and well, finally...
The fluidity of movement is well captured. I am quite taken by the detail and the feeling in each panel. It's no wonder you received "Best In Show" (congratulations on that!). You move definitely achieved your goal of showing more movement. Particularly emotive are Kat's hands and how they are still in one "frame" and a blur in the next. The idea was well exectuted and, as always, I am impressed with your skill with oils.

This piece is wonderful. The way you capture motion is amazing. At first i didn't like it but it really grew on me. Sill my favorite panels are 1 and 3 because of the emotion they convey.
