LOL poor Bibi. Looks like she was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
She doesn't exactly look thrilled at the prospect if having to be the judge between two competing leopards.
Not even when Africa officially allowed her to hunt on her territory. And darn, that's saying something.
She's all like
And Africa is all like "Yeah, whatever"
Oh well, we'll see what Bibi answers in next page.
Not that she has much of a choice really. At least not while Chui is staring at her with that face.

It's great.
A progressed a lot since the last time I saw his work.
I love the expressions of the characters. I always say that expressions of Arven92 are the best. I'm surprised as to the time, I managed to improve the terms so effectively.
This is what gives life to the characters, giving them a sense of humanity and we express what they feel.
That's an important thing to note, as many artists fail to reflect the reality in the canvas, but this girl has accomplished already known to improve over time at an incredible speed.
The details are fantastic! I love it!

I really like your square-ish design on your animals it looks cartoony yet somewhat realistic. The facial expressions are phenomenal too. However, I can't really get my head around Bibi's expression in the last few panels. Is he/she (sry forgot gender) happy or surprised? It's probably really obvious but I can't tell XD I love Chui's sinister look on the last panel on the other hand. It looks splendid! I'm not sure too many people can pull off that devious look. I need to inform you a minor mistake you made in the 2nd panel. Bibi's paw looks a little off. Maybe its the last toe looking a little too big? And also I feel that Africa should show a little more teeth on the upper jaw while glaring at Chui, considering that they have bad blood boiling between both of them. (say that 10 times really fast XD)

today, thanks to the TV show Zoo, i learned that Chui means Leopard in Swahili. And Detect Language on Google Translate told me it means Caution in Japanese XD
