The long-since overdue and anticipated (at least, by me xD) portrait of my too-long-neglected and beloved Kasai, who's been horribly ignored since....my god, last year x_x sorry Kasai.

Anyway, a painting I am FINALLY satisfied with! (well, at least somewhat) this one's been in the works for a few weeks now (although I only worked on it for one day...then waited a few weeks...then finished it up) since I had to redo the skin about twice hopefully in the end it was worth it.

Eh, technically Kasai's hair turns into a lighter amber shade at the bottom, and it should probably have been darker at the top....but my hands are already starting to twitch, and that's NEVER a good sign.

But thank god it's realism (or more so than what I've BEEN painting lately T_T;; *fingers twitch*) I could stap all my more cartoony pictures to death. With knives. Sharp knives. Pointy knives. Knives that burn with the fires of a thousand evils.

Anyone who comments on the anatomy of the ears is gonna leave with less than they came in with. Potentially from the neck and up area - I know they're messed up; I can't draw elf ears, remember?

...her eyes were addictive. And the background, as always, is worth less than a dead fish. So're the "attempted" highlights.

Don't even mention the lips; I've already had enough seizures over them @_@
