This painting (acrylic) took more hours than I could count. It might not look like it, but it has LOTS of layers and took LOTS of time. I painted it without any reference photos whatsoever, so I'm sure there are hundreds of errors. Still, I learned a lot from painting it.

I always loved this scene from early in Wizard's First Rule where Richard and Kahlan spend the night in a wayward pine and Kahlan is so grateful to have a fire to warm her hands.
