that good, I get most of mine from there too, I just wondered how you did your tooling, Im just starting out making leather armor for LARP

I'm sure you can ask the folks at your local Tandy for tooling demonstrations, but the basic concept is pretty simple. Just moisten a sponge and use it to wet the leather on both sides, then let it sink in for a while. Then just hammer away. Having an anvil underneath the leather works WONDERS for your tooling, and try to have your workbench set up on a hard floor, not a carpeted one. I use a piece of gardening stone for an anvil... it was like $2 at a Home Depot.

hehe thanks but my local tandy is about a 4 hour car ride away, and I picked up an anvil right at the start, learned the sponge method a bit after that
