wow amazing! If I had known I would have made a longer transit in Singapore on my way back and forth to Australia and visit the city!

It has some interesting places but is mainly one big shopping mall..

I just stayed 4 to 6 hours transit at the airport before heading to Darwin, and it was mainly a big shopping center, you're right... it was so hot, especially when you come from Europe... The trip was deadly long...
and I think it's nice to take a rest of a few days in Singapore, many people do when they go to Australia... maybe next time, who knows...

I always try to make a stop off somewhere in that area when i return to Oz, just to help break up the trip a bit..
