I could help you with a short explaination:
"Ka" means god
" ' " after Ka is something like a pause between two words.
"h" is a silent letter.
"x" pronounced like "s" but a bit longer
ย รก, รฉ, วฝ etc. - the ' over a letter shows where to accent the word
ล - pronounced like "yo" (ฤ-ya, ฤ-ye, ฤซ-yi, ล-yo, ลซ-yu)
"i" like "y" in "happy"
"a" like "u" in "cup"
"r" is like phonetic "ษพ"
