I could not be happier with how this shot came out, perfect moment right when the little girl looked at me and the mother looked away.Anyway, I think this photo shows the bond between the girl and the mother well, both emotionally and physically. The cold look the girl is giving me fits nicely into the overall feel of the shot.
It just worked out well to happen to be walking behind these two and I just happened to have my camera there. Quite pleased with thisβ¦..

This is a very moving piece for me; I've always been close to my mother and I always tended to give strangers the cold shoulder, but in a more rude way. (I stuck my tounge out like a brat before hushing down)
Reminds me of my childhood, but summarized without all the complications. But it still has alot to say to me.
I love this piece. You should be extremely proud on a job well done!

Yeah...the mother is, like, just part of the frame. The life of the photo really comes from the little girl's eyes. Even more so because her pale face stands out, between her dark hair and the sweater.

Capturing the perfect "Moment" is one of the most difficult things i can imagine, but you did it really fantastisc. As you said in your explanation, it transfers this expression of the "bend" between mother and child.
