Well it's from my book series I've been publishing. It's called a BioMecha/BioMechanoid, a Mecha that an intelligent life form (like humans and originally a race of beings known as Cydars and their "gods" the "Guardians" or "Chosen" (it's part of their religion/history/mythology that I've woven into the plot of all three books) can transform into and share a permanent "bond" with. Each BioMecha has an A.I. and personality with it that chooses it's host and forms a symbiotic bond with him/her.
In short they're like organic to non-organic "Transformers" and back.
This one is the main bad guy, a human BioMecha which is copying the technology of the original Cydarian BioMechas which is much more advanced and preceded humans existence on the planet the series primarily takes place on called Anatus. Part 1 of Book 1 explains most of this, Part 2 which I'm publishing by this Friday/Saturday gets into the whole ordeal deeper and Part 3 wraps up the First Book and leads into the Second book which I'm finalizing the plot line for.
But BioMechas are like the Mechas in the Anime Gun Sword, they have a flexible core with armor that is fixed in place on the outside. Also if the BioMecha gets hurt, the host take that damage on their organic body as well.
Eh...I might need to make an index or something for this book... It has a website with all of chapter one available to read - biomechathenovel.weebly.com/
