Well, ok- so I wasn't able to get ALL the characters in one shot... But I still got a pretty large majority.

Synopseseseses:
First, the characters I mentioned before(Details are shorter)
Keroro: Star of comic, world-conqurer, and Gundam-model maniac.
Fuyuki: Human friend of Keroro, and a lover of paranormal stuff.
Natsumi: Fuyuki's sister, who keeps the frogs in line with an iron fist.
Now, the ones I didn't mention before- with more detail.

Kururu: He's pretty much the inventor of all the tools the frogs use. It's his fault that Natsumi's been turned into a goblin, adult, boy, etc.
Tamama: He's INsane, IN the closet, IN love with Keroro, and at times INcredably powerful... I'm talking like level-the-hemisphere powerful. He may be cute now, but when he snaps the look on his face can really creep you out.
Giroro: He's the brawn of the group. He knows more ways to kill you then most people, and he's REALLY interested in keeping Keroro on track with taking over the world. He also is in love with Natsumi, and deep down- he's a wimp. Later on in the story, he also makes freinds with a cat that follows him around.
Zeroro/Dororo: Keroro's old childhood friend. He's toughened up to the point of superhero status due to Keroro's daring him to do a few painful games under threat of not being friends anymore. Now he's a ninja who wants to keep the world safe, beautiful, and happy, so he's "Thinking about" whether he wants to remain friends with someone who wants to conqure it.
Angol Moa: Some type of Lord of Destuction thats tried to destroy the world. Keroro convinced her otherwise, and now she calls him "Uncle" and follows around him like a puppy. Tamama and Moa don't get along.
Momoka: A rich girl who loves Fuyuki(She's also Tamama's friend.). Since all the women in Fuyuki's life are busty, and she "Has the body of a toddler", she thinks she wouldn't live up to his standards, so she's shy(She once tried buying products off the frogs to make her "Seck See". She ended up having the body of Fuyuki's mom...)... Did I mention that deep down inside, she has an evil dorment personality?
Taruru: Well, he's only appeared in one measily story, but I liked that story and thus I drew him. He's Tamama's best friend and biggest fan, and recieved a bunch of letters descibing his adventures... Then he came to Earth, and Tamama had to keep up a front to avoid revealing that his letters were total lies. Trouble was, in his letters, he called Momoka a "Transforming violent beast girl", her butler Paul a "Cold-blooded mechanical man", Kururu "Gloomy, insidious, and unpopular", and Giroro a "Klutz". Taruru got through his day compleatly in the dark... but then Tamama had to deal with his "Friends".

Not drawn:
Mutasumi: An artist who can draw things that come to life(Thanks to best friend Kururu.). Natsumi has a crush on him and quotes his poems at times. Giroro must destroy him.
Koyuki: Another homosexual. This one is a female ninja(In secret.) who loves Natsumi. Freinds with Dororo.
Aki: Natsumi and Fuyuki's mother. She's got fricking bizarrely big-ass boobies... There, I said it. She also works as a manga artist and thinks of Keroro as her muse at times.

All these guys belong to Mine Yoshizaki.
