Is practice not to aim for the goal of perfection? If you don't work hard on your practice, why work on it at all?
It looks awesome. I love how you've managed to do the pink at the end of the blaze. I've never been able to get my pink that smooth. ( ;. Your integration of black to brown is also really smooth and well done- again, you're making me jealous!

The only things I would have to say that "bother" me would be that the horse ends so abruptly. Maybe next time instead of making such a clear end to the body, either fade it out into the blue or make it go all the way to the edge?
The second thing I would suggest would be to maybe not use pen to do the outline with the lighter parts such as the blaze, because it sticks too openly out because they shadowing isn't near dark enough to counteract it like the brown and black areas are.

But I didn't see anything about critique, so I'll stop now because I know it pisses me the hell off when all people can do is critique something I'm happy with. Looking good as always Bella!

Thanks so much for the helpful critique!! AHH yeah, I guess i should work hard at practice, but.... eh, I guess i worked a little TOO hard on this one . Thank you so much for all the compliments I do see that i could have blended the horse into the background a little more, not using the pen on the shoulder would've been better. I did actually realize that the black pen on the muscles on the blaze looked unnatural, but i couldn't do much about it since i had made the lineart first and made a split decision to do the blaze. But, actually, the critiques people are giving me on this one are just helping me become a better pencil artist!! Thanks

Looks really good. I really like the nose and how you have it coming out of the frame. The blue eye ties in great with the slight blue in the background. The only thing I would have done different is include more of the horse's right shoulder, to make it look a little more proportionate. But over all a great picture.
