Description
This is a heavily modified M151 MUTT jeep. A vehicle that was in US military service since world war 2. The vehicle has been modified with a frame constructed from PVC pipes and foam, a slot section on the hood with 2 AT-4 HEDT disposable rocket launchers, and a utility box, an M60 mount next to the front passenger seat, an M60 mount with an NVS mount at the middle, 4 separate containers (2 on the left 2 on the right), an on-board AN/VRC-47 radio system, and space for a fuel can at the back. The recon team goes as follows:

O-2 1st lieutenant Sidewinder, team leader (Guy standing up on the seat at the back)

E-9 Master chief petty officer Swan (Guy in the drivers seat)

HM-03 Hospital Corpsman 1st class Responder (Guy with bandana at the back)

E-8 Senior chief petty officer Spinal (Guy sitting in the back)

E-7 Chief petty officer Alex (guy with grenade launcher at the right)

E-6 Petty officer 1st class Bridges (guy with tan bandana at the right)

E-6 Petty officer 1st class Gorilla (guy with machine gun at the far left)

This team along with the vehicle were lost during operation Beachead on Kepler 1811c. The operation was a massive joint effort by the US Army's 75th ranger regiment, 20th SFG, Delta force, 160th SOAR, and 25th infantry division, The USMC's 8th marine division, MARSOC, and 26th MEU, the USAFs 13th fighter squadron, AFSOC, and the 340th weapons squadron, and the USN's SEAL team 3, 4, and 5.

The team and vehicle were destroyed by a stray rocket that blew up the vehicle, killed 5 of the members, and critically injured 2 others who later died. It is not clarified in any records wether or not this was a blue-on-blue incident.
